Above Par Lawn Service launched in 2024 with a simple idea — Brevard deserved a lawn service that actually showed up, did the job right, and treated clients like neighbors.

Growing up in Florida, I was behind a mower before I was behind a steering wheel. That early start turned into a real standard: show up on time, communicate like an adult, and take pride in the work. Turns out that's rarer than it should be in this industry.

Today Above Par serves around 70 homes and properties across Suntree-Viera, Rockledge, North Melbourne, Indialantic, and Satellite Beach. Every job is owner-supervised — I set the standard and I'm the one you call if something isn't right.

Flat monthly billing keeps things simple. Same-day responses keep things honest. No rotating crews, no runaround.

I'm not trying to be the biggest lawn company in Brevard. Just the one you'd recommend to your neighbor.
